Studio Rules & Polices
Studio Etiquette
To help you make the most of your class we ask that you:
- arrive 5 minutes prior to your class
- bring your own drink bottle or towel
- wear socks for all classes - preferably grip socks we sell some at the studio if you don't already have some
- wear clothes that are comfortable to move in - activewear of some description but just be aware of really loose clothes you don't want to accidentally flash someone!
Reservations Policy
All classes must be pre booked no walk ins.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for cancellations, if less than the full price of the class is charged or your class is deducted from your pre purchased classes.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for any classes
FAQ
General
If you have never done Pilates before or you have lots of injuries we recommend doing an initial assessment you can either contact us or book that online. If you have done a lot of Pilates feel free to jump straight into a class just arrive a few minutes early to fill out some paper work.
Wear clothes that are comfortable to move, just be aware there is a lot of moving around so you don’t want anything that is too loose or revealing as you may accidentally flash someone!
Yes! We max out at 3, there will never be more than that.
You certainly can, due to our classes being tailored for everyone we can cater to all needs. You just need to let us know of any injuries or pregnancy and we can work with you.
We use an online booking system but you can also email or call the studio to book in.

For buying classes we are online for that also but you can either pre purchase or we can organise it in person for you.
All classes are 1 hour in duration, if you’re late for your class you loose that time with classes back to back we can not extended a class for you.
